About 100 acres is in high fence, which is all native brush and mesquite.  Nestled within the high fence is a 2/1 hunters cabin surrounded by exotics and whitetails.  One can sit on the screened porch and observe wildlife.  Windmill with submersible pump furnishes water to earthen tank within the brush.  Feeders on senderos attract the game in other parts of the ranch.  The rest of the ranch is coastal bermuda grass with a little regrowth brush.  The large tank is a honey hole for dove hunting.  This is a great dove hunting area.  Very good soil to plant food plots.  The divided pastures and lanes make it easy for rotation of cattle or bringing them into pens. 

There are 2 water wells and 2 tanks on the  property.  Very nice enclosed barn with roll up doors and concrete floors with two sides covered patio.  Many oaks are scattered throughout ranch.  Rather it's for a family life or a bunch of buddies gettin' together, this will make a great place to enjoy the outdoors.
